For each part, the subject of the order includes the inspection of up to 50 procedures to check the correctness of awarding contracts public in the light of the provisions of national and European Union law, documents applicable in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, including competition documentation for the selection of projects to be supported, applications and agreements for support projects, guidelines issued by the minister responsible for regional development, recommendations of the KPO Coordinating Institution and other documents regarding the implementation of projects that received funding from the Instrument for for Recovery and Resilience under the KPO. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right to increase the number of inspections carried out under the contract, up to a maximum of 350 inspections within each part.
