Selection of an electricity supplier, coordinator of a balancing group, for low voltage sites for the needs of the Municipality of Tervel, Dobrich region The subject of the public procurement is the selection of the Contractor, the coordinator of the balancing group, who will perform supply of net active low-voltage electrical energy for low-voltage objects for the needs of the Municipality of Tervel, Dobrich region. The estimated amount of electricity for the term of the contract of 12 (twelve) months is approx 1200 mWh (one thousand two hundred megawatt hours). The quantity of electrical energy is determined by the Contracting Authority depending on the specific needs and financial security of the units of budget maintenance, which are objects for which electrical energy is supplied in the subject of the order. The quantities specified in the documentation are estimated for the contract term (12-twelve months) and are determined based on a reference to the electricity consumed by the Contracting Authority prior to the announcement of this public tender order period of 12 (twelve) months, and the Employer is not obliged to use them and is not limited by them. The subject of the order also includes the administration of the amounts for the legally determined fees, network services and excise duty. The same will be paid by the contracting authority of the contractor.
