Selection of an electrical energy supplier and coordinator of a standard balancing group for sites of "TSAREVGRAD TARNOV" EOOD, connected to medium and low voltage The subject of this public procurement is delivery and balancing of certain quantities net active electrical energy for the sites of "TSAREVGRAD TARNOV" EOOD, connected at medium and low voltage level, detailed in the Technical Specification, by a licensed electrical energy supplier and standard balancing coordinator group, full administration of the information flow with ESO EAD, as well as assuming the costs of imbalances for the following objects: The subject of the order also includes the administration of the amounts for the legally defined fees, network services and excise duty. The same will be paid by the Employer to the Contractor. In connection with the above, a contract for combined services will be concluded with the Contractor in the sense of art. 11, item 10 and under the conditions of art. 20 of PTEE /Rules for trading in electrical energy/.
