The subject of this proceeding is comprehensive industry, economic, financial and legal advice in the process of acquiring an investor for Port Lotniczy Łodź im. W. Reymont sp. z o.o. including conducting a strategic analysis of the potential of the Łodź Airport, preparing an investment offerof the City of Łodź, finding a potential investor and signing the contract with the investor. The Ordering Party does not plan to submit variant and partial offers. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of implementing the subjectorder by the Contractor with the use of subcontractors, which he is obliged to indicate in section D in part II of his own Single European Procurement Document form (ESD), with the proviso that the Contractor is obliged to perform key parts of the contract personally, i.e. coordinatedof the subject of the contract, participation in presentations, direct contact with representatives of the Employer.
