The Corporation of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the “Town”) is issuing an RFP to qualify and select one or more e-learning content providers to supply independent, interactive learning modules for staff. The Town requires modules that support compliance, professional development, and technical skills, and that are compatible with the Town-s HRIS (DLGL-VIP) and LMS module through SCORM packages and alignment to the Town-s training framework.
The successful proponent will work closely with the Town-s Human Resources department through the duration of the Project.
