In accordance with Articles 40 and 48 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 91/2015 with amendments; hereinafter: ZJN-3), the contracting authority will conduct an open procedure by concluding a framework agreement. The purpose of the public procurement process is conclude a framework agreement with several bidders who will submit admissible offers for the conclusion of a framework agreement in this procedure and will be selected based on the selection criteria. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 36 months. The subscriber may by unilateral notification given no later than 2 months before the expiry of the framework agreement, extends the validity of the framework agreement for a maximum of 24 months.
