The Ministry of Energy of Mongolia is pleased to announce an invitation for sealed bids from eligible bidders for the project titled "Selection of Contractors and Financing Sources for the First Phase of the 300MW of Tavantolgoi 450MW Thermal Power Plant, including Design Services, Equipment Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning on the Basis of a Turnkey Contract."
