The subject of the order is the implementation of the investment task entitled: "Construction of vehicle charging points electrical and points for supplying aircraft with energy from the network (400Hz) along with accompanying infrastructure" in the "design and build" formula, including the preparation of design documentation based on the Concept and other tender documents and implementation of construction works in accordance with the developed design. 2. The subject of the order includes in particular: a) development of complete design documentation based on OPZ, PFU and Technical Concept "Expansion of energy infrastructure in in order to prepare charging points for electric vehicles at the Katowice Airport" together with obtaining, on behalf and on behalf of the Ordering Party, the legally required checks, arrangements and opinions, as well as permits, decisions and other necessary documents to commence construction works, in particular a final decision on a building permit; b) transfer of copyrights to the developed design documentation to the Ordering Party; c) performance of construction works together with obtaining a permit use and supervision of the author during the implementation of construction works; d) delivery, installation, connection, commissioning...
