The subject of the procedure and order is to select the Contractor in the scope successive delivery of desktop computers and monitors for organizational units of the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum in Krakow. 1.1 Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question, if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance the contract were not granted to it. 1.2 The subject of the order may be financed or co-financed in particular by the European Union or other funds, obtained as part of projects or contracts or external programs or grants, etc., both currently implemented by the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum, as well as implemented in the future. 1.3 Detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the functions, technical parameters and required and additionally scored conditions of the subject of the order, is included in Annex A, which is an integral part of the SWZ.
