Selection of a contractor for the implementation of construction and assembly works (C&M) for the site: "Construction of a Kindergarten for four groups of children from 3 to 7 years old, two groups for children from 2 to 3 years old, musical... The subject of this open procedure is the selection of contractor for the implementation of the SMR for the object: "Construction of a Kindergarten for four groups for children from 3 to 7 years, two groups for children from 2 to 3 years, a music hall, a kitchen block, administrative and service premises in UPI III - (for a unified kindergarten establishment), quarter 11, Ovcha Kupel residential complex 1, 4th, 5th and 6th master's degree, "Ovcha Kupel" district, Sofia. For the construction, there is a Construction Permit No. 77 dated 15.09.2025, issued by the Chief Architect of the SO - "Ovcha Kupel" district. Technical specifications are an integral part from the Documentation for participation in a public construction contract, together with the contractual conditions, working drawings and bills of quantities. The specifications are intended to clarify and develop the performance requirements of the subject works of the construction contract. In case of ambiguities in the bill of quantities /CS/, or contradictions between the Specifications and the CS, the Technical Specifications are considered authoritative. The object should be executed in compliance with the terms of the public procurement contract order, the current norms for the implementation of this type of construction and the current Bulgarian legislation in this area. If a trademark or company name is written in the design or in the bill of quantities, it is considered that it can be used equivalent.
