Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of PSO "MASKPOL" S.A. We invite you to submit an offer in the procedure for the general renovation of six vulcanizing presses. The offer (the form is an attachment to the procedure) should be placed on the Purchasing Platform as attachments to the procedure, enter the total value in the appropriate field. The offered price for the Subject of the Order should be entered in the appropriate place on the Platform, the offered price is the final and lump-sum price for the subject of the order (the lump-sum price includes: transport of presses from the ordering party and to the ordering party after renovation, performance of all renovation works, preparation of required documentation, transport insurance, etc.) The ordering party envisages carrying out the renovation in 3 rounds of two presses each, i.e. the Contractor dismantles the first 2 presses, picks up the next ones, delivering the renovated two earlier ones. Loading/unloading and mounting of the presses is done by the Ordering Party. The detailed scope of work required by the Ordering Party can be found in the attachment "Renovation Requirements". Ordering Party". The Ordering Party REQUIRES that Bidders wishing to participate in the procedure conduct an on-site visit to the premises of PSOM in order to familiarize themselves with the specific requirements of the Order. The selection of the Supplier will be based on the following criteria: Price - 100% of weight; Ordering Party expects the following conditions for the Subject of the Order: 1.
