1. The subject of the order is the provision of mass catering services at the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 19 in Wroclaw, with its registered office in Wroclaw, at ul. Januszowicka 35-37, consisting of: 1) Preparing and serving food, according to the instructions contained in the Appendix No. 1 to SWZ, in Kindergarten No. 19 in Wrocaw, at ul. Kutnowska 10, constituting part of the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 19 in Wroclaw, for a maximum of 150, and on average 135 children a day2) Preparing and serving food, according to the instructions contained in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ at Primary School No. 47 in Wrocaw, at ul. Januszowicka 35-37, which is part of the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 19 in Wroclaw, for a maximum of 545 and an average of 275 students per day.2. The estimated number of meals spent is 31, 185 for preschool children (assuming the entire set is issued) and 51, 975 for primary school students. The minimum daily number of nutritional packages that the Contractor is obliged to deliver is 10 sets.3.
