The present public procurement is awarded according to the procedure of "open procedure" - art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code.
The object of the public procurement is "provision of services" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Civil Code.
Exercise of Construction supervision in the sense of ZUT.
Divided into 5 separate positions:
Separated position No. 1 - "Selection of a contractor for construction supervision of a site: Major repair and rehabilitation of municipal road SML1052/SML1050 "Teshel - Trigrad - Gevren" from km 0+ 000 to km 1+108.96.
Separate position No. 2 - "Selection of a contractor to exercise construction supervision of a site: "Reconstruction and rehabilitation of Teheran Street in Devin
Separate position No. 3- "Selection of a contractor for construction supervision of a site: Reconstruction and rehabilitation of streets in the village of Trigrad, Devin municipality Trigrad street 16-30-32-53-60"
Separate position No. 4 - "Selection of a contractor for the exercise of construction site supervision: Reconstruction and rehabilitation of streets in the village of Trigrad, municipality of Devin Trigrad street 17-3-16" - is assigned separately in connection with Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the PLO.
Separate position No. 5 - Selection of a contractor for construction supervision of a site: "Rehabilitation of external and internal water supply system and facilities in the village of Breze, Devin municipality" - awarded separately in connection with Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act.
