"Selection of a contractor for delivery, installation and commissioning of four elevators for disabled people". The subject of the order includes a complete replacement of four elevators in the building of the Municipality of Blagoevgrad, and the implementation will be carried out in stages - first in the eastern wing (two elevators) (Stage 1), and after the completion of this stage - in the western wing (two more elevators) (Stage 2). The scope of the order includes the following activities: designing; delivery of the equipment; dismantling of the existing elevator facilities and adjacent equipment; grinding works and removal of reinforced concrete elements in the shaft and around the elevators openings; filling the bottom of the shaft to the required elevation; painting the inside of the shaft; finishing work around elevator doors; securing and isolating the shaft during the construction and installation activities; installation of the new ones elevators; commissioning and provision of the full set of documents - protocols, declarations of conformity, etc.; The scope of the order also includes restoration of the stone frame of the elevator doors. They are also provided construction and installation works guaranteeing a level floor between the floor slabs and the floor of the elevator cabins, in order to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities, including people using wheelchairs.
