Tender Details

1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for construction works related to the renovation and adaptation of the building at ul. Kopernika 15B in Kraków for the needs of ARMK Sp. z o. o. 1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidation the proceedings in question, if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it. 1.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ, which constitutes an integral part of the part of SWZ, in particular design documentation with arrangements, STWiORB, bills of quantities and others). The Ordering Party emphasizes that it has the right to update the documents during the procedure and during the works, subject to the provisions of the SWZ and the planned contractual provisions. 2. Other information regarding the subject of the order is included in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ.
