The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for construction works related to the implementation of the task: Modernization of the outdoor stage with the audience in the Zielony Jar Wandy park, for the Municipal Greenery Board in Krakow.1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Act Pzp, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it.1.2 The subject of the proceedings and the order is an investment related to the implementation of the tasks entitled ZZM/O1.269/22 Park Zielony Jar Wandy - Construction of a toilet, replacement and addition of devices, for the Municipal Greenery Authority in Krakow. 1.3 The investment area is located on plots no. 295/2, 295/4 within the NH-10 district, unit records New Huta.1.4 The scope of the order includes: 1.4.1 Construction works related to the modernization of the existing outdoor stage, consisting of: cleaning and repairing the supporting structure of the concrete and reinforced concrete outdoor stage, cleaning and painting the supporting structure steel stage roof, replacing the existing stage roof covering made of polycarbonate panels with a new covering made of trapezoidal sheet metal...
