1. The subject of the proceedings and order is to select a contractor for construction works and planting greenery related to the construction of a ramp, field stairs and access to the plot no. 373/16 rev. 44 Nowa Huta, at ul. Smorawiskiego in Kraków, for the Greenery Board Municipal in Krakow. 1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it.1.2 The subject of the proceedings and order is an investment related to the implementation of the task entitled: Construction of ramps, field stairs and access to the plot no. 373/16 rev. 44 Nowa Huta, at ul.
