1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for construction works and planting greenery, together with the maintenance of plots related to the development of plots at ul. Pylna, for the Municipal Greenery Board in Krakow.1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it.1.2 The subject of the proceedings and the order is an investment related to the implementation tasks titled: ZZM/DIW/O-VII-18/25 Development of plots at ul. Pylna; ZZM/UKZ/01.1.3 The investment area is located on plots no. 95/14 and 95/21 rev.
