1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for construction works and planting greenery along with maintenance for the second stage of modernization of the Jordanów garden at ul. Jodowa, for the Municipal Greenery Board in Krakow.1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it.1.2 The subject of the proceedings and the order is an investment related to with the implementation of the task entitled: ZZM/O1.142/26 Modernization of the Jordanów garden at ul. Iodine; ZZM/DIW/O-VII-10/24 Retrofitting Jordan gardens along with the development of green areas - District VII.1.3 The investment area is located on plot no. 83, work K-17, unit Krowodrza register.1.4 The scope of the order includes construction works as well as planting greenery and its maintenance in 2026-2027.
