Description of the subject of the order.1. The subject of the proceedings and order is the selection of a contractor for construction works and planting greenery along with maintenance for the development of plot no. 299/27 at ul. Kielecka 9, for the City Greenery Board in Krakow. 1.1 Zgodnie z art. 310 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it.1.2 Subject matter of the proceedings and the order is an investment related to the implementation of the task entitled: ZZM/DIW/O-II-1/25 Development of plot no. 299/27 at ul.
