Appointment of a contractor for execution, delivery and installation of a system for determining the size of macromolecules using mass photometry for the SOLCRYS line at the SOLARIS National Synchrotron Radiation Center. 1. The subject of the proceedings and order is execution, delivery and installation a system intended, together with SAT tests, for determining the size of macromolecules using mass photometry for the SOLCRYS line at the SOLARIS National Synchrotron Radiation Center. 2. The subject of the order is financed, among others, by: from funds obtained for based on the agreement with the State Treasury - Minister of Education and Science of November 10, 2023, number: 7451/IA/SP/2023. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order along with a description of the minimum parameters and technical and functional requirements is included in Annex A to SWZ. 4. General requirements for the entire order: 4.1 The contractor is obliged to complete the subject of the order on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ, as well as in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (drafted provisions of the contract). 4.2 Offer it must be clear and comprehensive, i.e. it must cover the entire product range covered by the subject of the order. 4.3 The contractor must offer the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the SWZ and its annexes. 4.4 The contractor must offer warranty (at least 12 months) at least at the minimum level and conditions indicated in the draft provisions of the contract (in the contract template). ...
