By carrying out the present procedure, the Contracting Authority aims conclusion of a framework agreement with one contractor for the assignment of the activities for construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation and major repair of the water supply network on the territory of the Municipality of Kozloduy, should the need arise. The construction works subject to public procurement may include: - Construction of water supply and sewage networks and/or facilities on the territory of Kozloduy municipality; - Reconstruction of water supply and sewage networks and/or facilities on the territory of Kozloduy municipality; - Rehabilitation of water supply and sewage networks and/or facilities on the territory of Kozloduy municipality; - Overhaul of water supply and sewage networks and/or facilities on the territory of Kozloduy municipality; - Carrying out the necessary tests and laboratory tests; - Removal of manifested defects during the warranty periods specified in the public procurement contract.
