The Government of the Republic of the Philippines through the National Irrigation Administration (NIA), has received a financing from the Export-Import Bank of Korea (KEXIM Bank) from the resources of the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) of the Republic of Korea through Philippines Korea-Project Preparation Facility (Facility Agreement No. PHL-20) for the Philippines Korea-Project Preparation Facility (Facility Agreement No. PHL-20), and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan in the sum of seven million seven hundred thirty-two thousand seventy-nine dollars and thirty-nine cents ($7, 732, 079.39) to payments under the contract for the Selection of Consultant for the Conduct of Feasibility Studies— Package 1 for the NIA.
2. The National Irrigation Administration now invites interested firms to submit pre-qualification documents for the Pre-qualification / Shortlisting for the Consultancy Services for the Preparation of Feasibility Studies (Package 1) of the following projects of NIA:
