The subject of a small-scale public order is the provision of public services in the transportation of passengers by regular passenger transport for the transport services of the Moravian-Silesian region, namely in the area of ​​Osoblaska, i.e. the cadastre of the municipalities of Bohuov, Dv Hrad, Hlinka, Janov, Jindichov, Lipta, Mstoch Albrechtice, Osoblaha, Petrovice, Rusn, Slezsk Pavlovice, Slezsk Rudoltice, Temen and Vysok. Public services in the transport of passengers by public scheduled passenger transport must be implemented exclusively through the service, they are provided by the intermediary of passenger transport services on a daily basis individual scheduling of shared rides for individual persons through the platform, which includes a unique allocation of online web and data application technology, an algorithm and a simulation tool (according to the Platform only), operated by CITYA mobility s.r.o., the supplier undertakes to enter into a business cooperation agreement with the operator of the distribution platform, as stated in the business terms and conditions (see Zadvac documentation). Transport service will be provided by one electric vehicle with a capacity of 8 seats for passengers (vehicle category M1), namely exclusively on working days from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for a period of 6 months or until the financial limit specified in these terms and conditions is reached. On Saturdays, Sundays and non-working days, the transport does not operate. A detailed specification of the subject of payment is given in the business terms and conditions (see Enter the documentation). The total expected scope of fulfilling this public order is defined by means of the expected total number of vehicle trips for the entire period of implementation of this public order and other 21, 080 vehicle km, five daily scope and an average of 170 vehicle km per day.
