Selection of a carrier for the conclusion of a contract for public services in the transport of passengers in public rail passenger transport for the entire BEMU The subject of the Tender procedure is the provision of public services in the transport of passengers in order to ensure traffic accessibility Pilsen region by public rail passenger transport in accordance with § 2 ZoVS in the period 2030-2045, on lines P21 Heřmanova Huť - Plzeň - Rokycany - Příkosice - Nezvěstice; P3 Pilsen - Stod - Domažlice city; P22 City Hall - Pilsen - Bezdružice; P25 Pilsen - Klatovy - Železná Ruda, with the gradual start-up of services on individual lines following the termination of currently effective contracts, including the possibility of withdrawing selected services from these contracts while they are still in effect. The subject of the Tender will be fulfilled on the basis of Contracts concluded with the carrier that presents the most economically advantageous offer. The contract will be concluded as a so-called gross contract, where the opportunities and risks associated with the temporal development of the revenue amount will be fully borne by the Customer. The duration of the Agreement is 15 years (15 periods validity of the timetable). Further information can be found in the Tender documentation and in the ZD appendices.
