Tender Details

The subject of the Tender is the provision of public services in the transport of passengers in order to ensure the transport service of the Pilsen region by public rail passenger transport in accordance with § 2 ZoVS in the period 2030-2045, on lines P21 Heřmanova Huť - Pilsen - Rokycany - Přikosice - Nezvěstice; P3 Pilsen - Stod - Domažlice city; P22 City Hall - Pilsen - Bezdružice; P25 Plzeň - Klatovy - Železná Ruda, with a gradual ramp-up of performance on individual lines following the termination of currently effective contracts including the possibility of withdrawing selected services from these contracts while they are still effective. The subject of the Tender will be fulfilled on the basis of the Contract concluded with the carrier that submits the most economically advantageous offer. The contract will be concluded as a so-called gross contract, when the opportunities and risks associated with the temporal development of the revenue amount will be fully borne by the Customer. The duration of the Agreement is 15 years (15 periods of validity of the timetable). Further information can be found in the Tender documentation and in the ZD appendices.
