Selection of the canteen operator in the Český Krumlov Gymnasium The subject of the concession is the operation/provision of gastronomic services consisting of the operation of a canteen in designated areas on the premises of the contracting authority at Chvalšinská Street, 381 01 Český Krumlov, namely specifically in the premises of the newly built soup kitchen on the grounds of the Český Krumlov Gymnasium. The selected supplier will operate/provide all activities consisting in the production and delivery of ready-made meals and drinks, in the handling of food and drinks and in the premises of the school canteen additional sales of fresh food goods within the buffet operation under the conditions set out in the concession contract. The above-mentioned activities will be provided primarily in connection with the operation of the Český Krumlov Gymnasium and the Český Krumlov Youth Home, the services will be further provided to registered diners from the public, while the selected supplier will also ensure the delivery of meals to the Secondary Vocational School of Healthcare and the Secondary Vocational College in Český Krumlov at Tavírna 342, 381 01 Český Krumlov.
