Selection of a bank that will grant a long-term bridging loan up to PLN 70, 000, 000, intended for pre-financing projects co-financed from the European Union budget
1. The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan by the Contractor to the Ordering Party bridging, under the following conditions:
a) loan amount: up to PLN 70, 000, 000,
b)interest may only be charged on the debt actually used,
c) an accounting year is assumed to be 365 days,
d) security: blank promissory note,
e)principal and interest repayment system:
- repayment of capital and interest will be payable until December 31, 2027,
If no refund is received, the capital will be repaid from WM's own funds,
- interest will be repaid monthly,
f) interest rate: based on the WIBOR 3M rate + constant bank margin,
The commission will be calculated on the actual loan amount disbursed (on the amount of each disbursed tranche),
h) The Ordering Party reserves the right not to launch loan without incurring additional fees and commissions.
