The subject of the public contract is different types of sequence services based on reading the order of nucleotides in the DNA chains of molecules (both DNA-SEQ and RNA-SEQ), as well as other additional services related to the preparation and control of samples for these analyzes and with the data analysis. This public contract is divided In accordance with Section 35 of the ZZVZ for 8 parts.

240 GB and average quality identification identification for each individual READ (sequence) at least 30 or higher (phred Quality SCORE Q30) for at least 70 % of Reads

The actual sequence involving the basic Quality check, eg by measuring on Bioanalyzer or similar, sequence and basic demultiplexing of obtained data, if this step is relevant, without further bioinformatic processing or evaluation of data, according to the description of the individual parts in point 1.2 of the tender documentation.

Sequence + additional Services: This example includes a pool sequence consisting of several libraries prepared using Chromium Next Gem Single Cell 3' or 5 'Reagent Kit, where DNA fragments are equipped with specific adapter sequences necessary to sequence on Illumin platform or similar.
