The purpose of this market is to carry out on the 2 laps of deodorization of the workshop E23 a curative maintenance with the change of the media, the sprinkling nozzles and the interior cleaning of the towers.
The following actions will have to be incorporated:
1. Handling operation (lifting, crawling, scaffolding In confined space, flexible suction installation).
2. Supply and installation of rashig rings, joints and bolts included.
3. Transfers and logistics management of the rings.
4. Elimination of chemicals, acids and basic, hydrocarbons, whose treatment of waste in a center adapted elimination via BSD.
5. Suction and transport with an ADR truck.
6. Disassembly, cleaning, repair and reassembly of sprinkling ramps.
7. Cleaning the tower as a whole (cleaning, high pressure cleaning and pumping of the divelers and a turn feet).
8. Height work (scaffolding and fixing) and loading.
9. Ventilation (ventilation line for work in confined space) and air suction.
10. Lighting.
11. Establishing a shutter upstream of the tower to isolate the line
