The S.E.E.D.R is competent in sorting, processing and recycling household waste (packaging, newspapers, glass, green waste, special household waste, etc.). It currently brings together 4 Communities of Municipalities and an Urban Community, this which represents, as of January 1, 2026, a total population of 150, 716 inhabitants. As part of this competence, it must support communities which have set up recycling centers or specific collections to ensure sorting and recovery. of this waste. Currently, ten recycling centers are located on the territory of the S.E.E.D.R. and managed by communities (top and bottom of quays). Collection is carried out either by the community or by a service provider of its choice. Services, purpose of this contract, concern the waste of each community on the territory of the S.E.E.D.R
