The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement to replace the seed cold storage rooms at the Soybean/Maize Germplasm, Pathology, and Genetics Research Unit in Urbana, Illinois.Solicitation 12505B24R0004 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document, with the incorporated clauses and provisions, is issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 15 and 36 and will be incorporated in the awarded firm-fixed price order.
