Sediment Core Subsampling, Processing, and Preparation for Radiocarbon Analysis (Non-personal Service) This is a solicitation for commercial products or services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, effective date March 13, 2026 (Deviation March 31, 2026) which can be accessed at: https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide/far-overhaul-part-12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Firm, fixed-price quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation # 140G0326Q0098 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for non-personal services subsampling, processing, and preparation of sediment cores for radiocarbon analysis. ANTICIPATED AWARD OF PURCHASE ORDER FOR THIS REQUIREMENT WILL NOT RESULT IN STATUS AS A FEDERAL EMPLOYEE.This acquisition is set-aside for small business.
