Description : Terms of Reference of Security/Watchman Services
Technical Specifications:
1. One (1) year provision of Security/Watchman Services at Mambuaya National High School - Division of Cagayan de Oro City, rendering One (1) Shift:
6:00 AM -8:00 AM, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Six (6) days, 8 hours a day (Mondays to Saturdays, including Holidays)
2. The Service Provider shall provide One (1) Watchman who is:
a. of good moral character and without criminal or police records;
b. physically and mentally fit, as evidence by the medical certificate; and
c. duly trained and skilled to function as watchman.
*The Service Provider, upon receipt of the Notice of Award, shall be required to submit to Mambuaya National High School a sworn statement attesting the compliance with the foregoing.
3. The Service Provider shall assign a Roving Supervisor from its own account to monitor the performance of the watchman-s attendance and handle consolidation of daily timecards periodically in preparation for the billing to Mambuaya National High School.
