This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the Owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation ("Owner") to prospective Contractors to submit proposals for security upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work").The work is being done in a six-story mid-rise building at 805 Saskatchewan Avenue West, Portage La Prairie, Manitoba. Additional work is required including but not limited to, installation of two wireless antennas, conduit, cables, and network equipment for 2-624 Oak Bay and B18-25 Tupper Street North in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba. Work site locations will remain occupied during construction.Preferences:In consideration of Manitoba's procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, this Solicitation is limited to Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. If no compliant submissions are received from Canadian suppliers, Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.
