Security on the territory and property owned by TPP Maritza East 2 EAD, according to the technical assignment-Annex No. 1

Scope of the contract

1.Class of activities: provision of 24-hour permitting regime according to the instruction I-T-07; response to the security system; protection of buildings, property and facilities, owned by TPP Maritza East 2 EAD, with the activity being carried out through stationary posts, mobile security patrols, security and video surveillance owned by the contracting authority and separate in two separate "Monitoring Center". Service of technical funds for security owned by the contracting authority.Working with special equipment owned by the contracting authority with a special organization for detection of explosive devices, substances, weapons and escorting of shipments and correspondence to the final recipient in TPP Maritza East 2 EAD.

Control and escorting activity and correspondence is carried outwith vehicles and staff of the contractor. The manner and the scheme are determined by the contracting authority within working hours (or outside it in emergencies). The activity of checking the presence of explosives, devices and firearms upon admission to the territory of the plant ofShipments (goods, correspondence, spare parts, equipment) delivered by contractors to the contracting authority using courier services, or other type of accidental and uncontrolled transportation by the contractor.
