Description : INVITATION TO BID (IB) FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR PHILHEALTH REGIONAL OFFICE-CAR
(IB 2026-07-02)
1) The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation - Cordillera Administrative Region (PRO-CAR), through the Corporate Operating Budget CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirty Eight Million Five Hundred Twelve Thousand Eighty Four Pesos and Forty Five Centavos (P38, 512, 084.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of 3 Year Multi Year Contractual Authority (MYCA) for Security Services fro PRO-CAR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PRO-CAR now invites bids for 3-Year MYCA for Security Services for PRO-CAR . Delivery of the Goods is required from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
