Security Services (Multi-year Contract) (EPA)

1. The Philippine National Railways, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twelve Million Nine Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos (PhP112, 969, 922.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC); Budget for the Subsequent Years covered by approved Certificate of Budget Inclusion for payments under the contract for Security Services (Multi-year Contract). This project shall be undertaken through the Early Procurement Activities Guidelines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
