Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Security Services for Land Transportation Office Region IX for FY 2026
1) The Land Transportation Office Region - IX, through the General Appropriation Act FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Two and Ninety-Six Centavos (Php 5, 525, 542.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Security Services for Land Transportation Office Region IX for FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Land Transportation Office Region - IX now invites bids for Security Services for all Land Transportation field offices within Region IX . Delivery of the Goods is required August 1, 2026 until December 31, 2026 or a duration of 5 months. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
