Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are security services for the following facilities: 1) State Archives in Warsaw, ul. Krzywe Koo 7, 00-270 Warszawa, 2) State Archives in Warsaw Branch in Milanwek, ul. Stefana Okrzei 1, 05-822 Milanwek, 3) State Archives in Warsaw Branch in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, ul. Poniatowskiego 14, 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki. 3. The detailed scope and rules for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ.4. Ordering party pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities related to the execution of the order, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the Labor Code), i.e. at least persons performing physical protection activities of facilities.5.
