1) The Capiz State University, through the Internally Generated Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Five Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Pesos (PHP 13, 524, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Security Services of Capiz State University. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Capiz State University now invites bids for Procurement of Security Services of Capiz State University. Delivery of the Goods is required upon expiration of the current Contract Agreement No. 2025 - 0020 (valid until August 27, 2026). Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
