XANTHIS, F.E. KOMOTINIS, F.E. THESSALONIKI AND F.E. KALAMARIA. The object of the contract is the safeguarding of the building facilities of the Student and Study Centers of Administrative Responsibility of I.NE.DI.VIM., as well as the Central Services of I.NE.DI.VI.M., for a period of twelve (12) months. The services provided are classified under the following codes of the Common Vocabulary of public contracts (CPV): 79713000-5. The contract is divided into three (3) Sections which are described below, based on geographic criteria. The budget of each Department is formed by the sum of the separate budgets - commitments of each Student Residence.
