Bidding documents/forms shall be made available to interested bidders after payment of a non-refundable amount of P 25, 000.00 for the Security Services of BIR-RR No. 9B LaQueMar, San Pablo City. Only bidding documents actually issued and purchased from BIR, RR No.9B LaQueMar, San Pablo City shall be the bases for acceptance of bids (RA 9184 - IRR-A, Sec. 5 (c).



The process for the public bidding and awarding of contract shall be governed by Republic Act 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.



BIR, RR No.9B LaQueMar, San Pablo City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality or minor defect, and to accept the offer most advantageous to the Government.



BIR, RR No. 9B, LaQueMar, San Pablo City shall in no case be held responsible or liable for any and all costs associated with the bidders- participation in the bidding process regardless of its results.
