Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SECURITY SERVICES FOR BACOLOD CITY COLLEGE 3 CAMPUSES.

1. The City of Bacolod, through the 2024 Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Twelve Thousand, One Hundred Seventy Six Pesos and 80/100 [P 4, 612, 176.80] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Security Services for Bacolod City College 3 Campuses with PR No. BAC-PB-24-03-0065. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Commitee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.Delivery of the Goods is required by 8 months. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9...
