Description : 1) The BASES CONVERSION AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (BCDA), through its General Appropriations Act (GAA) Funds intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million One Hundred Sixty Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Six Pesos and 00/100 Only (Php 22, 160, 736.00), inclusive of VAT and all other applicable government taxes, fees, and other charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SECURITY SERVICES FOR AOR IVC - NGAC SPORTS FACILITIES with Project Identification No. BG2026-238. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BCDA, through its Bids and Awards Committee for Goods, invites bids for SECURITY SERVICES FOR AOR IVC - NGAC SPORTS FACILITIES through Competitive Bidding. Delivery of Services is required within One (1) Year of the contract effective on 01 September 2026. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
