Description Valdemarsvik

Valdemarsvik is an archipelago municipality in southern Oestergoetland located along the E22. We are a municipality that today has around 7, 600 inhabitants. We have all the advantages of the small municipality, with the proximity toeach other and short decision paths. We also have outstanding nature with the forest and the sea. There is a lot going on in Valdemarsvik municipality and within our municipal organization with around 600 employees.

Scope

The volume of the contract is estimated at SEK 7, 500, 000 excluding VAT over the contract period including optioner. The agreement contains a combination of fixed assignments and calls UM does not guarantee to call a certain volume during the contract period. The supplier undertakes to supply the customer's real needs. The scope of the agreement may change due to the organization of activities within the municipalitys om.

Clothing volume

If the contract's turnover amounts to the ceiling volume without any change or reorganization within the municipality having taken place, UM has the right to terminate it until immediate termination.
