*Amount Directly to Guard: Daily Wage (minimum rate), Average Pay/month, Night Shift Differential Pay, 13th Month Pay, 5 Days Incentive Pay, Uniform Allowance
*Amount to the Government in favor of the Guard: Retirement Benefits, SSS Premium, PhilHealth Contribution, State Insurance Fund, Pag-ibig Fund.
