Security services The Helsinki Region Environmental Services Municipal Corporation (HSY) is requesting your offer for security services. The service includes local, district, and alarm security in several different locations. The target of surveillance is the water and waste management offices of HSY in the business area in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa. The provider must have its own alarm center that operates on a 24/7/365 basis. In addition to this, the service provider must be able to use and maintain their own or assigned to them in their security operations technical aids. A more detailed description can be found in appendix 1 of this request for tenders. Service description.
