Municipality of Borne Municipality of Hellendoorn Municipality of Dinkelland and municipality of Tubbergen As a contracting authority, the Municipality of Borne wants to award a contract to one contractor per plot for the provision of security services with regard to the reception locations for refugees, in the form of physical man security and/or security on call in the event of emergencies. The municipality of Borne also acts as secretary for other parties in this tender (we will hereinafter refer to these as 'participants'), namely the municipalities Dinkelland, Tubbergen and Hellendoorn. Each participant concludes a framework agreement for himself. If the contracting authority is mentioned in this request for quotation, this refers to the secretary of this tender and all participants. The municipality Borne has one location where refugees are received. This is the Maria Mediatrix at Bornerbroeksestraat 103 in Zenderen. This location accommodates a minimum of 210 and a maximum of 260 people. The municipality of Borne is looking for a candidate for this location a security party that, after award, can start as soon as possible, after written mutual agreement, to staff this location with 1 person 24 hours a day, 5 days a week and 1 person 16 hours (5:00 PM - 9:00 AM) a day, 5 days a week.
