Post Area: Catbalogan III Central Elementary School

Night shift: for 8 hours duty (one guard)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*In Compliance with existing Labor and Laws and Standards, the Quotation should show and include the “Price Schedule” per Guard, as specified but not limited to the following stated below:
*Amount Directly to Guard: Daily Wage (minimum rate), Average Pay/Month, Night Shift Differential Pay, 13th Month Pay, 5 Days Incentive Pay, Uniform Allowance.
*Amount to the Government in favor of the Guard: Retirement Benefits, SSS Premium, PhilHealth Contribution, State Insurance Fund, Pag-ibig Fund.
*Must also reflect in the Price Schedule: Days worked per week, Total equivalent no. of days/year, No. of worked hours per day and Other fees: Agency fee and VAT
